lichbane isn't bad as a very last item when you have over 500 or 600 ap, otherwise it's not worth it. vlad's Q and E can get down as low as 2 second recast and only need about 24% CDR to do so, so i would not get fiendish codex, and replace it with void staff.

Just a few things...

Strength of Spirit is completely useless on Vlad. No mana = no benefit from it ;) Replace it with something else.
Sanguine Pool is a correct name of the W spell :D
I personally find the build a little weak,

• No Will of the Ancients
• Lich Bane on Vlad? Meh. You never get to use the mana part of it.
  Replace it with Abyssal Mask. More MR, ~ same AP + great MR reduction passive.
• Greater Mark of Cooldown Reduction looks just ugly >< Switch to magic pen. reds. They are soooo much better

Overall, you need much more M. Pen. as Vladimir, while CDR isn't that necessary. You waste a lot of gold for getting mana and mana regen that go completely in vain on Vlad.

Fix all these little mistakes in your guide and PM me if you'd like another review ;)

Take your point of out strength of spirit and put it in run speed or something vlad doesnt use mana so it wont do ne thing for you
