Vlad was a champ that really caught my eye i liek the idea of a blood mage. as soon as i had 6300 ip saved up i grabbed him. many penta kills and 15 kills streaks later im here to write guide on my favorite champ.

runes are pretty obvious.

magic pen marks standard for most magic users

flat health seals for a strong early game

i use ap per level glyphs for that extra umph late game

now for quints you have 2 option. i used to use fortitude(flat hp) but after the recent nerf i changed to potency (falt ap)

masteries take 10/0/20. grabing ignite for 10 extra ap. and skipping any mana exclusive talents, as u have no mana.

Soulstealer. i rush this, get it as first item. vlad is a very good champ to get stacks with and keep them up.

for items i use only one variation, if im finding i get focus and CCd and jsut genrallyhaving abad time. ill skip hourglass for Gaurdian Angel.

sommoner spells i grab ghost and ignite i find these most usefull on flad, but to each tere own.

BUT i beliave ghost is a must, Ghost then sanguine pool will get us safely out of most situations
