Introduction

Early game with Vladimir you must try and stay a live for as long as possible. You can use you e to clear minion waves and then vamp your health back with transfusion. Spirit of the spectral wraith and spirit visage will help in laning phase you try and get them as quick as possible. If there is an incoming gank use your blood pool to run or if your chasing someone down. In later game Vlad is really strong when your 1vs1 someone because you can vamp your health quite a lot.

Runes

Your runes are based on ap and spell vamp the armor is needed just i case you play against nasus or jax the magic pen is there so you can farm and deal damage early game.

Masteries

The masteries i use for Vladimir are 21/9/0 i had taken mostly defense over utility is because Vlad needs magic resist , health and armor for those champions who can be very effective against vladimir.
