for your runes, take magic resist glyphs. Also or your quints, take Potency. These choices are realy the best on vlad.

Items:
guardian angel is a great item, but on vlad if you l want to buy a defensive item, think about it. If you buy armor/resist, you get no extra bonus from your passive.

by buying something like Banshee, you get an ap boost too! This makes buyin hp items more cost effective.

You should buy void staff later. This is because the enemy hasn't bought enough magic resist. So yeah.

Also, why do you take 1% spell vamp instea of runic mastery? Cdr is great, and getting blue buff on vlad is good.

overall this guide hsa some great coding. just lacks some information. for your build, since you already added the elixirs, you might as well add the green elixir after the oracles. your rune explanation isnt really good at all. the 40 point HP for 1 AP is really not a good trade. you should be getting AP as the 1 AP for 1.4 HP is a much better trade in my opinion. it will also help you massively early on with the extra healing and dmg power. overall more explanation will be needed. also turn on require comment to vote.
