First off, I'd move Force of Nature farther back in the build, or even skip it entirely. Scepter gives you great MR already. What you'll need is armor, so maybe an Hourglass would be better.
Also, one aesthetic change I recommend is to not list your item build with all the components in it. Unless you want to stress something really important in your item purchase order, displaying all the components of each item only makes it look more cluttered.
Btw, you can't get nimbleness unless you have 4 points in evasion. Is it worth it to subtract a point elsewhere or should I just avoid nimbleness if that's the case?
Thank you so much for pointing that out; I don't know how that slipped past me. Just stick with Evasion; like the guide says, Evasion and Nimbleness are basically filler on someone like Vlad, so don't worry about it. Sorry about that!
You've got so much magic penetration on this build that I'm surprised Vlad isn't leaking it as he moves. You've already got 70.44 flat magic penetration from Guise, Boots, and Abyssal Scepter, with your runes. Obviously you do sell off the Haunting Guise for the Void Staff, but with over 50 magic penetration, so much of Void Staff's potential is going to be absolutely wasted that I question whether it's even worth the buy.
I also am aware of the fact that you don't list Abyssal Scepter in your main item build, so why is it in the "cheat sheet" up top? Perhaps an explanation for Abyssal Scepter in your items section would help.
The only other thing I disagree with is your choice to run Exhaust over Ghost. Your argument for Exhaust seems to be that it helps with chases greatly - yet Ghost accomplishes the same. You also mention that Ghost may not stop a chase from happening either, because you've overextended into enemy territory. Well, Exhaust won't be doing anything in that scenario either, and you've got a hell of a lot of a better chance escaping a gank with Ghost than with Exhaust. I understand that you're specced into offense and that Exhaust has its uses, like shutting down carries - but I don't see why you would ever pass up the amazing utility that is Ghost.
It's a great guide - I just have a few minor issues with it.
Magic Pen is a beautiful thing, and (like I said) many people will stack Magic Resist ASAP when against a Vlad. The Abyssal Scepter is actually a part of the item build, I just forgot to explain it in the section of the guide. *blushes* Truth be told, I actually go back and forth between Ghost and Exhaust a lot, but I use Exhaust here simply because you CAN spec into it. Anyway, I'm working on fixing things as I type, so thanks for the input!
(And just FYI, I don't recommend Warmogs either as a normal vlad item. Just pointing something out.)
Oh and you have too many items in your purchase order. Rylai's, FoN, Void Staff, Radoban's, Abyssal, and Lich Bane which knocks off your Sorc Shoes. Unless it was intentional. Which I don't think that was.
i like it, i love the fact you explain everything thouroughly and you play defensive masteries, which may seem odd to some people. +1
Ummm actually most of the Vlad guides on Mobafire run Defense Masteries... just fyi. However on the LoL forums people are kind of stuck seeing "mage" and automatically thinking utility.

Think I'd just go with 3 AP Quints though, myself.
