I decided to make a Vladimir build for what I like to use when I play him. When you play with this build, the enemy team will be (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ all day long. They seem to work pretty well by my standards. Especially when he gets fed at the beginning. Also, some credit to wRAthoFVuLK for telling me my build sucked before I updated it and giving me ALOT of help :). And thanks to Temzilla for that tip about the boots.

The Ignite will help you alot when your starting out. If you use it right, you will get fed really well. Flash so you can jump through walls and cut off enemies or use it to get closer. Then use your Sanguine Pool to slow him down then use your Transfusion.

Armor, Cooldown Reduction, Magic Penetration and Ability Power. I dont think you need explanation for why I chose these Runes.

I level up Transfusion first because it doesn't cost any health to cast. Along with Sanguine Pool next to farm minions for gold to buy the more luxurious items. The Tides of Blood are useless to me until higher leveled when it has more Ability Power, and it only has about a 1 second cooldown, so I just keep casting it over and over again.

Ionian Boots of Lucidity - Cooldown Reduction other than Magic Penetration because of the Void Staff.
Will of the Ancients - Ability Power and Spell Vamp
Spirit Visage - Health, Magic Resist, Cooldown Reduction, and increased healing effects
Rabadon's Deathcap - Ability Power straight Up
Void Staff - Ability Power and Magic Penetration
Rylai's Crystal Scepter - Health, Ability Power, and slows down enemies

If the enemy team is stacking armor, then I would go with the Sorcerer's Shoes
