Well the health regen from it is also nice. The problem with lev is keeping the stacks. There are some games I have used it and gotten to 20 and kept 20, but most people would not be able to do that. Trust me, Warmogs is a good item for vlad. I use it and I ALWAYS finish my build mainly because vlad is probably one of the better farmers in game. You should try it out.

Thank you for trying it! Yeah the Hauning Guise is a bit too weak in the late game, early on it is quite useful I think tho. About Warmogs, I think Leaguecraft had some nice forum-post where this guy calculated what you would get from Warmogs compared to Leviathan or any other HP item and just concluded that it was worthless!

I looked at this build and saw that it was similar to one that I use every now and then(usually if I expect to get a good amount of kills that game). I agree with your masteries, I agree with your runes, but I donot agree with using Haunting Guise. I know it looks like an item meant for vlad but I find it useless overall. I tried this build and I did not do bad, but it wasn't as effective as it could be.Also i disagree that Vlads need to stop playing with warmogs. I thought the same thing before I tried it, but after I used warmogs I realized how well it worked with Vlad.
