change to the name to pubstomp vlad; this build works untill ur summoner level 20 and ur opponents actually start having a clue of what they're doing. Vlad is one of the weakest early game champs there are and if u go lev + mejais early game u will barely have any hp nor ap because u dont have any stacks. In a ranked game or 20+ you will be weak as hell early game and die, vlad needs flat ap/hp items to keep him healthy early game.
Also, if u die once your total power will drop like a brick since his passive will lose power as well.

why wouldn't a ap hero not take lich bane? and destroying the world is mainly a good thing in LoL. So i think you have answered your own question. But mainly a lich bane will give Vladimir the ability to deal a great amount of damage. I believe its in my items notes about the lich bane, but i will say it again in case if i haven't said it before. With the cooldown reduction and valdimir's transfusion be around 3 seconds which is the same timing lich bane procs. So almost every time to transfusion you also get the ability to use the lich bane ability. Also damage on turrets and inhibitors gets boosted with lich bane.

noticing you have only commented in two vlad builds with the same issue of down voting and typing incorrect information(poor reasoning). i feel that your vote and comment is not a correct or backed up on other then to down grade the two vlad builds you commented on.
