Before the round starts, you buy the red gem and the attack power sword that are on the first tier for the triforce item, as well as level 1 boots. Next you get zeal and go on to finish Triforce. Go straight to building Nashor's Tooth for the cooldown reduction and boost to your 'e' and 'r' abilities. Next, get attack speed and movement speed with Berserker's Greaves upgrade. Move immediately to another zeal which would finish up a Phantom Dancer. Next, get a cheap Cloak and Dagger and a cheap Lightbringer. If the match is tight enough, you should be able to get all of these items in Dominion.

I finished with 2.731 attack speed. My assault on the enemy was like "Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam!"
