Just wanted to say thanks for the guide, the info has been useful.

How am I supposed to play after Patch 11.6?
Is it more about getting 5 points in my Q, and then play aggressive?
When do you feel like Akali falls off? Do I still have to look to close out games as possible?
I feel like in many top lane match ups, that without my full kit I have no kill threat, but when I finally hit level 9+ they are super tanky and I have to work super hard to kill them.
Over all I find it confusing what my power spike is, and it feels like I just have to constatly poke them until I see an opportunity to kill them.

i havent played much soloq this season ans im mostly busy with other things but im planning on climbing soon

When do you use conq ,when electrocute and when fleet. Is it match up specific ,or team comp?

I decide with matchups
Conq most matchups
Fleet vs heavy poke / hard trade lanes (sett/maokai/gp etc.)
i personally never go electrocute but it can work into an easy lane and a squishy enemy team

why not use akali mid? why is top better, you'd be leaving your team without a tank so to win a game you'd have to destroy your lane consistently as you'd lose mid-late.
