Intro

Teemo's versatility is extremely underrated. Starting with a Doran's Blade allows you to have sustain in lane and creep farm better, along with the attack speed runes, you should be able to out cs most opponents. Don't forget his passive while you stand near your turret to add some additional poke damage to someone who is daring enough to push your lane!

Why?

In later levels, teemo's glass cannon build can fail miserably due to the elixers that can reveal your mushrooms (or easter eggs, WHATEVER). This build allows you to poke consistently while also giving yourself the ability to kite to get out of sticky situations. Frozen Mallet and Wit's End along with Greaves and Liandry's can almost guarantee a kill 1 v 1 with your blind (unless facing a fed opponent). This build is almost considered 'trolling' due to everyones thoughts on teemo's ad or ap powers, but bringing the hybrid into play, adding 700 health and 300 health with Liandry's and Frozen Mallet comes in handy, and with ur attack speed and Doran's Blade, ur sustainability/ability to regain health is quite dangerous.
