Introduction

This is my first build, hope you like it :) I would apreciate if you try the build before you comment **** and vote down!

Every city has its dark side, even one whose reputation is already of a questionable hue. Noxus - though its name is already invoked with a mixture of reverence and revulsion - is no exception to this simple truth. Deep within the winding dungeons that honeycomb the earth beneath its dark, meandering streets lies the real underbelly of this sprawling metropolis, a haven for all manner of malevolence. Amongst the cults, covens, and secret societies that call this labyrinth their home, LeBlanc, the Deceiver, presides over the Black Rose, a remnant from a lost, yet similarly unscrupulous time in Noxian history. Ruthless and seemingly ageless, LeBlanc and her ilk were a mainstay in Noxian political affairs during the era before the militarization of the Noxian government. In those days, this guild of powerful magicians met in secret to further their hidden agenda, and to hone a craft more subtle than that preferred by those currently in power.

While their exact motives have always remained mysterious, it was widely believed that the Black Rose was the true power behind the throne while the aristocracy still reigned in Noxus. When raw martial prowess became the ultimate determination of whose will held sway in the Empire, the Black Rose seemed to vanish overnight. Many believed that perhaps their time had simply passed, and that its members had put aside their quests for social and political dominance. When LeBlanc reemerged at the gates of the Institute of War, however, it became clear that these masters of shadow and flame had simply been bidding their time, waiting for a new global authority to emerge: the League of Legends.

''The world is very different for those who cannot see beyond what is placed before their very eyes.'' -LeBlanc, the Deceiver

Summoner spells

I play leblanc as a mid player, therefor im using tp. You can also do ignite or ghost instead of teleport if your laning with a buddy or playing 3v3. I like flash because when ur doing you burst you need to q-r-w to silence and its pretty hard to finish that combo when ur in harrasing range. And teleport to get the advantage of your lane. Play smart and you will almost always succeed!

3v3: Ghost & Flash or Ignite & Flash
5v5 mid: Teleport & Flash
5v5 lane: Ghost & Flash or Ignite & Flash depends on who you are laning against and with.

Skill Sequence

The most important part of LeBlanc is the skilling. You have to practice it cuz you will need to cast combos very fast since you have to take them down before they take you down. On early levels just focus on last hitting, with some Sigil of Silence to your opponent so he wont be too jumpy. After you hit level 6 the fun part begins. 1 thing is very important. You always want to gank them from behind, what i like to do is flash in front og them and use my combo, that'll make a surprise attack! Just cast Sigil of Silence then Mimic followed by a Distortion after that immediately by an Ethereal Chains. While chained use some autoattacks. After chain trigger your Sigil of Silence should be off the CD, use it if needed. Needless to say in most cases you dont need all these skills, but this is the base if less needed its only good for you. With this you should be able to bring down everything except tanks. So just roam around the map (carefully hide your movement), buy some wards and take down lonely champions. After some kills the enemy team will fear to go alone so thats when you should group up too. Get the dragon and finish them off. Wait for your tank or high hp guy to initiate then target the enemy squishy champ take him down do as much dmg as you can to the other champs then retreat. Simply as that.

Flash->Q->R->W(for the aoe and silence)->E(if they're running away or aint dead already)

Skills

Abilities:

Sigil of Silence: LeBlanc projects an orb towards her target, dealing magic damage and marking the target for 3.5 seconds. If the target takes damage from one of Leblanc's abilities, the mark will trigger, dealing damage and silencing the target.

Distortion: LeBlanc rapidly moves to a target location, dealing magic damage to nearby units. In the following 3 seconds, she can activate Distortion again to return to her starting location.

Ethereal Chains: LeBlanc flings illusionary chains towards a target location. If it hits an enemy unit, it will deal initial magic damage and slow their movement speed by 25%. If the target remains shackled for 2 seconds, the target takes additional magic damage and is unable to move.

Mimic (Ultimate): LeBlanc can cast the previous spell she cast. The mimicked spell deals significantly increased damage. 30 second cooldown.

Mirror Image (Passive): When LeBlanc is brought below 40% health, she instantly becomes stealthed for half a second. When the stealth fades, she creates a Mirror Image that deals no damage and lasts for up to 8 seconds. This can only occur once per minute.

Items

If you are wondering why i choose two dorans ring it's because of the early game advantage. It contains everything you need, manareg, ap and some starting health. Getting that health in the start is almost a must if your laning mid and you are against a player who actually can play! I choose the hourglass for the armor and heavy ap, absyssl for the magic resist and the void staff for taking tanks down quicker. If your playing against a fed tank or one who are really good i'd buy the void staff after or before rylai's. I love rylais pretty early because of it's passive and health combined with ap. If the other team got alot of ap you would be sure to change hourglass with banshee's veil!
