Greater Seal of Replenishment..Dislike already! with 2 doran's rings that should be enought mana regeneration.

Also, everyone needs to stop with the Flash on Leblanc. I mean, seriously, you already have two blinks as it is. . .you don't need a third. Go for Ignite or Cleanse or something. You're wasting your time with Flash. -Quoted from Comment above-
