Simply reposting the skills that anyone can look up isn't helpful. You should instead put into your own words what you think about the skill. It is small but goes a long way when trying to get those +1's.

I would also put in icons for items and skills to make the guide look nicer.

Summoners resolve the mastery is useless unless taking smite. Do u mean to take smite instead of ignite?

You clearly have enough info to make this a real guide, but your format is kinda screwed up. Check out this, it's an excellent guide on how to make a guide look attractive; if you just use text people won't read it.

Otherwise...
-you don't need five health potions on a lanewick. Buy wards instead; he has plenty of sustainability through his abilities
-generally Infinity Edge is best when paired off with other crit items. See Phantom Dancer, Youmuu's Ghostblade, etc.
-Also Guardian Angel is kind of odd for him. He would be scarier imo if you gave him some more health...maybe Frozen Mallet or something.

Good start, and if it's cleaned up some you can really have something.
