This build is way too expensive for it to even be considered a normal build. You say you need last whisper to do anything but that's 12,000 gold in and probably ~35 minutes into a match unless you were fed to oblivion. And if you were fed, then you should have already won.

Ignite may be a good skill but only his Q gains anything from extra ability power. And in the mastery tree why would you fore go base attack damage?

I don't think blood thirster is a good rush because it's fairly expensive and if you grab it before team fights, if you die, you need your stacks all over again.

Your also very subject to CC in this build and may want to consider going merc treds since people know to focus down Warwick.

Sorry, but I prefer my Warwick build: http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/warwick-omfg-black-cleaver-14980

OK.
Itemisation is ok for a laning ww since the pricing is quite high on this build. I dont recomend going jungle with this item setup. Ofc you can and should visit buffs mobs once in a while or even dragon, but you need cash flow and jungle will not give you that.

Ofc i wish you best of luck getting Thirster as a 1st item, also 0 AS in early game... you didnt even take that 1 point in HC... that for me makes no sense at all.

Masteries. As beck said... burning embers? i can live with Archaic Knowledge for ID and HS but not with that.
Also taking crit damage mastery in front of stable base AD even if you have <30% crit. Well you will hit once every year untill a game will last 50 mins. So base damage > crit damage.

Anyway you took some effort writing this down, you might consider putting that into word or something and correct the spelling since english is probably not your native language and for me it is quite hard to read in some moments, ppl can get annoyed and skip the reading :)

dont take burning embers in the mastery tree, 10 ap isnt worth it.
you said that if you lane try and take solo lane because of the passive lifesteal and hungering strike. i disagree, if you decide to lane with ww, you should take a side lane. if you solo against a good range dps or mage (particularly if they have a stun/snare) you will be low health often and you shouldnt attack the creeps to help get life back since the other champ could snare you again and finish you off. this is exremely easy since ww has such a small health pool to start the game off with. personally i love it when a ww tries to solo against me as tf, once at lvl 4-5 i yellow card him, auto attack and wild card him. its even better if my minions start attacking him as well.
why do you save hunters call for last? do you hate taking down towers? at least take a rank in somewhere around 6. if you lane is empty you can take a good chunk of tower with hunters call before they come back.
also your explanation barely makes sense. if you jungle why would you take ignite instead of smite? that makes no sense. smite works on minions/monsters, ignite works on champs. if you jungle smite helps speed up the process and makes it easier when taking a buff, taking dragon, and killing baron. ignite helps in 1v1s, team fights, and to get that runner. the way you explain your reasoning doesnt make sense at all.
when i jungle i get the razors and then boots, i also have smite, which means i jungle faster than you. 500 crit on minions/monsters, attack/movement speed, nuke the golem. i dont need to go back for health after i get the razors. the only reason i go back is because i ran out of monsters and i dont wanna lane yet.
it is also not a safe idea to jungle their jungle, you have to be very map aware, know when and who is missing, esp if they have a tf, destiny, gold card and the only chance you have is to run, but it you really dont have a chance if anyone finds you since everyone will rally to where you are.
also spell and grammar check before you post anything

I dont know if this is the best build for warwick, but i like this style the most, maybe little bit more to attack speed for me, but anyway its good. +1
