OK fist off u start off with the cloth Armour and the 5 health pots, then u go straight to blue buff and make your mid lane lets say veiger auto attack it a few times then let him run back into his lane. then u attack with your W key and smite. you should only have to use one health pot on this. then you go to the wolfs using your Q and W after head straight to red buff u should have consumed about 2 or 3 pots after red buff including using smite on red buff. Then go for all the wraiths and the golems and the recall and continue your build. if your solo top needs help then help. remember you are a ganker so let your solo top weaken the other enemy's top. run in and use W then if he/she runs use your ult and your Q, also if they get away somehow use flash to get closer and get that early kill. when u have the wits end part in your build see if you can get dragon, this depend on if your team is losing, if you guys are loseing then don't get dragon but defend a lane, remember if they have a jungler you can counter jungle and if they don't have jungler you can most likely steal their buff without anyone realizing.
