i figfst discovered tank xerath jungle in early beta, as xerath was the first champion released. i always use runeborn xerath because it gives you more runes, as you can tell from the name. always take smute because you are in the jungle, and garrison so you can tower dive. is like a free ohmwrecker. you can see more in the items section, but it is important to NEVER BUY A FULL ITEM ON XERATH!!!!!!!!!! His passive has 3 hidden parts. the first hidden part is that unfinished items give you triple stats. the second part is that AD gives xerath a 1:1 ratio of health armor and masgic resist. also when you use garrison on a turret you get to level 18. there is a new korean strategy of playing xerath ap mid lane but thats stupid.

make sure you get the early augment power to get the extra movement speed from the wraith camp early. next you want to get the BF sword beccuase of xerath's passive. it makes all ur ad turn into MR, armor, and health. most people dont know this. The second part of XXeraths passive that everyone doesnt know is you get more stats from unfinished items=, so never fnish one. Xerath also scales off of attack speed so get the early berserkers greagves to lower the cooldown of your stun. the blue bonetooth necklace allows you to get stacks on kills as well. the dervish blade is ur core jungle item. the unfinished frostfang gives you your second late game power spike and practically makes you unkillable.
take no skills at level 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, and 18 because you dont need them

Masteries: take close note at which masteries i took because i dont know what it means

Runes: you want to0 make sure to take as much energy regen because xerath can get tired in the jungle. also critical chance is good because its good.
