Awesome build. The focus on attack dmg runes early game really makes a difference. I tried other builds where armor or magic pen runes were focused but wasnt as effective.

If you build hybrid, why the hell not Hextech Gunblade instead of Bloodthirster? And why not Trinity Force instead of Black Cleaver. You're also missing magic resistance for something that's supposed to be an off-tank build. I'd use Atma's Impaler rather than Wriggle's Lantern and Wit's End instead of Randuin's Omen. Also, Mercury's Treads are a "must have" for him because slows will destroy your game more than stuns and snares and they are the most common form of crowd control.
