Berserker's boots is a must for her because they're cheap but at the same time, giving Vayne a significant attack speed. Before buying phantom dancer, you must have at least vampiric scepter in your inventory. After buying attack speed items, go on, build the black cleaver and rush to the bloodthirster. After getting a massive percentage of life steal, build infinity edge as your final item.

The skill sequence is simple, just max immediately silver bolts. The tankier your enemy goes, the stronger your silver bullets deal damage.

Choose exhaust and flash. Exhaust for slowing your enemy and for making your enemy weaker. Flash for escaping or rushing to an enemy.
