Introduction
There are those who choose not to live in one of the great city-states of Valoran. Instead, they live in remote locales, often as part of a nomad or barbarian tribe. While perils abound in these untamed lands, there is also great freedom in being removed from the politics of Valoran. Tryndamere was born a member of one of these barbarian tribes in northern Valoran. Even as a young boy, it was obvious that he would grow in martial prowess to become one of his clan's greatest warriors. However, as his clan moved south between the Howling Marsh and the Ironspike Mountains, they came across strangers in black garb, brandishing symbols of a beast's skull. Despite Tryndamere's pleas, his elder went out to speak with the strangers; they cut him down mercilessly. From there, they began to slaughter every man, woman, and child in the clan. Tryndamere, the sole survivor, hid under the bodies of his dead parents. Upon their bloodied corpses, he swore eternal vengeance on those who took his people from him - the assassins of Noxus.
To train himself, Tryndamere voluntarily served under all the great chieftains of the barbarian tribes, learning the ways of the barbarian warrior. Not only did this make him the man he needed to become in order to exact his revenge, it has also garnered him friends and allies among the most powerful barbarian leaders of Valoran. This recently allowed him to unite the barbarians into a single, powerful force - all under his command. Now he has joined the League of Legends to earn enough influence to find a permanent home for his people... and to slake his rage on the champions of his hated foes.
''The next true power will come from the far north, and it will involve Tryndamere - one way or another.'' -Graccus Mightstone, League Senior Political Scholar.

Alright let's go start from the beginning and as you might imagine, it's before the game even starts. Ignore what it says up there for some reason mobafire does not have the
Greater Quintessence of Life Steal which gives +2% life steal in the rune list. now what getting these means is when you have all 3 and your masteries done correctly, you will start the game with 9% life steal, and after you get both your bloodthirsters completely fed you will have 59% lifesteal! next you have greater mark of desolation (for those pesky tanks),
Greater Seal of Armor, and
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist. People may argue with my choice of pure defense runes on a DPS champ but it gives you great early game survivability and makes you a menace when people love to target Tryndamere and you JUST WON'T DIE!

well as you can imagine Tryndamere is very build important and this is by far my favorite build order, it gives good early game speed for ganks and with the lifesteal you have it allows you to solo dragon by level 9!
now basically the build is the same no matter what until you get to the black cleaver here we have some options
Frozen Mallet or
Frozen Heart-heavy carry teams
Black Cleaver-tank teams high armor and a lot of health
Last Whisper-high armor teams with lower health where you don't necessarily get the on hit effect of the black cleaver
some ideas
Force of Nature-if you are having trouble running after or from enemy's
if you want you could always try a warmogs armor with atmas impaler Tryndamere with over 4k health is quite annoying
another thing i like to do if a game drags on is sell the
Ninja Tabi and get another
Phantom Dancer your slightly slower but you hit a lot faster and with a lot more critical chance

some people would argue that
Heal
Exhaust is better here's my argument. If you want to get those early ganks would you rather turret dive with
Exhaust or stay way back and
Ignite them takes some practice but worth it. some also say that "heals a noob spell" well let's see
Tryndamere is a very squishie champ early game, people focus him, and your teammates always forget your not a tank melee carry and always try to make you initiate so it's helpful. However heals best use by far is with
Undying Rage it makes it so that if you time everything right you can come out with enough health to jump back into the fight if the situation demands it.

Early game
This is what I suggest, start the game and get into position as early as possible, set up a vision ward whenever you feel that you may have someone trying to get behind you or you can use it to keep an eye in the bush. Do not engage until you have built up your rage. Remember early game crits are DEVASTATING! often taking a 1/4 of a persons health and at 100 rage
Battle Fury gives you 35% crit chance. but if people are harassing you just back off let your teammates get some hits in and when they start to ignore you swing back in, remember Tryndamere is NOT a tank he is in fact a squishie hit and run player. A great tactic is running up to attack and saving your spinning slash as a escape move (keep in mind it goes through walls!).
mid game
this is where Tryndamere starts his snowball you should have gotten your lifesteal already so you have a couple things to keep in mind. Dozens of times i've wound up killing dragon by level 9 or 10 and it has been the game winning factor at times even just the buff you get is great in 3's. wait for people to start getting harassed by your teammates that's when you want to sneak your way to the dragon and get him while they're preoccupied. At this time team fights might be beneficial but this is NOT what you focus on right now things can still go pretty bad pretty fast so do hit and run keep in mind that most players don't get health as easy as you that will just make them a easier for you to harass them, you can take a couple hits but with your lifesteal and
Bloodlust damage just isn't permanent on you.
late game
Alright be ready you are very important at this stage of the game the enemy team will more than likely be focusing you this means knowing when to engage, crowd control is your enemy beware snares and stuns. Once you let your team engage run in and try to lock someone down try using your
Mocking Shout on as many people as possible but your job is to focus the people that are easier to kill that have the higher damage output like
Ashe,
Annie,
Lux
they can often be killed with two or three hits from a fed
Tryndamere, and with
Spinning Slash and
Mocking Shout he's just the guy to take them out and that will make entire team fights go your way.
