Thank you for the comment! I thougth about it and changed the early nashor's tooth for a wit's end :)

I think that instead of the early nashoor's tooth you should take a Wit's End since it provides you some attack speed and some magic resisst and since you go mid you will usually face an AP carry.
You should go more in-depth and make match-ups so we will know how to play against all champions.
And the last thing, I am pretty sure that an on-hit Teemo will be much better since an AP Teemo can get countered really fast by specific items and an on-hit will be much more effective at high ELO...
