Loved this guide, i've been using this build all the time and gave me 80% win rate on normal games and around 75% on ranked games.
Thank you! Keep an eye out for my new Evelynn Guide, will be my second.

Note that Sejuani has a 2% higher win rate with maxing out Q before E, so while your arguement could very well be true, its something to consider.

Most Frequent Skill Order
MAX E BEFORE Q
50.46% Win Rate | 1070 Games
Highest Win % Skill Order
MAX Q BEFORE E
52.46% Win Rate | 547 Games
(W is always maxed first)
Guide has good itemization, chilling smite is way more useful than the spear-smite, that movespeed stealing is really good for ganking.
I have to disagree with your skill order. I think the enormous slow on her E is much more powerful than shaving a second or two off her Q. When her E is maxed at midgame (13), she has a nearly continuous 70% slow on whoever she engages, meaning she won't NEED her Q on a shorter cooldown since they can't escape anyways. There is simply no way to get away from max E Sej unless you're Master Yi/Olaf or have a QSS (Not happening until lategame). Maxing Q is fun, but I find that any enemy with a dash could escape while my E was on cooldown, since Sej's dash is on a 10 second timer even when maxed.
Thanks for your comments. I think you are certainly right about maxing E, I will start maxing E and see how that affects my game, but I think you're right about your analysis.
