Please notcie that this build is for play Rumble , the Mecanize Menace as a Tank, he gives you AP and HP early game to make easy gank and being insane in 1v2 and to farm minions easily.

Rumble uses Heat generation rather than Mana or Energy. In essence, this is like "anti-mana" in that rather than draining a resource to cast spells, one is filled up until spell casting is prevented by it being full.

Rumble's passive, Junkyard Titan, is a really interesting mechanic- he gets bonus ability damage between 50-100 heat, silences himself for 6 seconds at 100 heat (but gains bonus magic damage on his melee attack) and all abilities (except ult, which is free) generate 20 heat. Keeping this in range is somewhat difficult during teamfights, but needs to be prioritized to keep him able to slow the team and have his abilities ready to use. If the enemy simply refuses to run, making Rumble overheat can be used a tactic to help finish them off quickly.

I choose Mark of Insight to grow up the early burst with the Flame Spitter, very helpfull to harass.
The Seal of Warding is just for helping you in front of big Magic burst as Ryze, LeBlanc and anyone else.
The other runes are here to help you more mid and late game , which make you spam your Flame Spitter.

It's a classic AP tank Mastery build 9/21/0, Sorcery for Magic Insight and The tank's masteries for more survivability.

Early game , you are the king on your lane , Doran's shield provide you a enough life regen to stay in lane for a long time.
You have to harass your enemies with your Flame Spitter , which makes a lot of damage, and with your amazing life regen you'll , most of the time , First Blood easily.
Then, you are level 6, you have your awesome multi: The Equalizer, let's turret dive ! Short CD, amazing damage and debuff make you insane in 1v2, you are now the king. Continue to harass , helping mid lane whenever you can, you'll have amazing stats before the start of mid lane game.

You will have something about 3-4k HP, 150 AP , enough to explode anyone , fed or not, in 1v1.
In team fight, you have to stay in the 'Red Zone' the most part of the time, then , use your ulti to separate your enemies and gank 'em easier. Flame in the melee , put your shield to catch your enemies, they now can't kill you with your 20 kills and 2 death :)
Like in every game , kill the drake and nashor whenever you can (with your mates), clean the jungle, the game is won!

Pros: Amazing burst ealrly
Extra survivability
Great movement speed with your shield
Harass is now easy as eating your breakfast

Cons: Small range for your Flame Spitter
I don't see anything else to say, amazing cheated champion!
