This Guide can help the Teemo players who have low FPS or lags. Teemo with Full build has 2.33 (2.50 With Camouflage(Passive)). This Teemo guide is squishy, BUT he also makes strong damage.
Dont worry if you get a frozen screen or lag, Teemo will attack and makes him down or low on hp. (Its no warranty that it works every time)
