With Doran's Ring You can got (Tier 3 runes) 40 AP at the beggining..
Which is more than enough for an early gaming...
Items
Then another Doran's ring to make Xerath more durable + mana regen
Then I grab Boots of Speed and make it Boots of Swiftness
Then Buy Blasting wand or Needlessly Large Rod
Then ASAP Buy Rabaddon Deathcap
If You feel That you can kill your opponents easily Buy Mejai Souleater
If not,Buy Giant's belt then Rylai Crystal Scepter
Then Grab Lich Bane
Then Go drink all Elixirs
