First you start off at blue buff, with your Boots and Health Potion. Place your Jack In The Box again and again when it have passed 1:00 on the time, do not use Smite on the blue buff. Then when you are done with the buff, walk across the river and over to the enemies red buff. If youre opponent don't have a jungler you just take theirs red buff, if they have, place as many Jack In The Box in front off their red. Then you wait for their jungler to appear, let him run into your Jack In The Box and get feared. Congratulations the kill is yours. After that you gank mid lane if it's possible, if not look for other gank opportunities. When your done with your first gank, recall then farm and gank so much as you can in the first 15 minutes.
