Skarner Guide
WickedMinded's Skarner - When Meth Ain't Enough[Jungle+Lane]
And Wriggle's Lantern is a great choice that is why i put it in the items. I personally just don't get it just cause i like to have alot of damage. But it is a great choice for Skarner or any jungler

Looks very viable for me especially the jungle guide is very indept, good work
im just not sure about the lantern thing u should build it very fast for faster
farming in the jungle, dragon control and stealing buffs, i would build it first,
then boots, then sheen etc.
