Also I see no Wit's end or some other attack speed item, only Mad's razors to clean the jungle, but in this build you won't be able to do any damage whatever. Get at least an early Wit's end in there to rake in good ganks, to jungle faster etc. and get tanky later when your team needs it

Guess you didn't read the guide at all and just took a look at the items? Meh. If you don't read it, don't vote.

Why max W before E, W will give you a little attack boost but E will greatly increase your chasing potential raking in many more kills mid game

Heh, thanks for the kind words Gott der 7 Meere. I've been going to update this guide for 1-2 months now... I have half the guide re-done to be honest, but never got around finishing it. Maybe I'll do it now...

Edit: well I'll be damned. I lost all track of time and ended up doing most of the rework in one go...

What about updating this guide for S3 ? New items like Mikael's Blessing and Spirit Visage make it soo much better... Your guide is still one of the best for ww!

imtherealsuperman:

There are several things wrong with your reasoning that I've already explained in the guide...

1. When you jungle, you take the first blue, to get started. After that it should go to your AP mid or - in case of non-mana user in mid - to your top/AD instead (depending on which side you're on) since the blue helps them win their lane -> less pressure to gank that lane and focus elsewhere. The mana potion(s) are solely for post-blue situations where you see a good gank chance, but lack that tiny bit of mana to make it a success. I've never felt the need for HP pots when I jungle with this build. I do need to update that part though - I currently prefer 1 Mana Potion and 1 Sight Ward, since I rarely find that I use/need both potions.

2. Chalice of Harmony does not make you weak. It's very cost-effective, low cost item that helps keep you going and - most importantly - ganking on every CD of your ulti, if the lanes allow. It speeds up your jungle (via allowing more Q/W spam) while giving early protection vs. bursty APs.

3. Comparing Chalice to Wit's End is silly. WE costs over twice what Chalice does and the items you build it from have neglible impact on your ganks while you build it.

4. Frozen Heart tons of mana? It gives you enough for one team fight, assuming you enter at full mana, but when you're roaming the jungle and ganking every chance you get, it just isn't enough. At lvl 18 I do start considering replacing Chalice, but before that, it's just too good not to use IMHO.

if ur going to jungle u dont need to use mana potions cuz ur gonna get blue buff anyways. if ur going to go tanky cdr build then u shouldnt get chalice of harmony cuz that makes u really weak. u already have tons of mana from frozen heart and if u were getting chalice for the magic resist u should get wits end instaed.

Well done, it looks perfect now.

Cheers. Need to do some tweaks here and there still, but I'm mostly happy with the guide myself.

Razors are upgraded to Bloodrazors when appropriate, however in most games it's the least useful upgrade, while the proc from normal razors remain useful throughout the game. Lantern would be an option, but with the sustain this build has, it would really only be a re-usable ward. Not a bad option I guess, especially when slots are filled and I can't carry any wards anymore...
