Playing against Talon is rough pre six and I'd say close to impossible post six. I'd add him to Ban worthy tier, personally.
I ban him over naafiri cause there's a chance to get away from naafiri

I haven’t really played much against Talon mid—only back when I was still learning the game. The players I faced then weren’t the strongest, so I managed to win. I’m hoping to run into him again soon so I can get some better experience before adding him to my guide. Thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts, I really appreciate it!
