I started playing lol near the end of 2024 and I wanted to quit straight away, but my friend pushed me to keep playing. And not much later I played against Quinn mid, and I tought how can this be fair. She kills me while I can't see anything and when I can see again she also killed my whole team. So I thought why not try her, and I loved her. I really started to get addicted to league, a little later i started to play ranked and in only 2 months I reached gold (keep in mind these 1 of these 2 months were during my exams, and I tried to study a little bit, so maybe I could have climbed faster).

But the only problem I has was that I didn't know the game to much and also not my match-ups. And there isn't a guide for Quinn mid because no one plays her (IDK why). So I thought maybe I can make a guide for Qiunn mid players like me. I know it's not a lot yet but I try to improve it when i can.

(P.S. I will probably have made jokes about being toxic (if I haven't I most likely will), but don't be like that, it's just a game and should be fun for everyone. Even if someone is having a bad day, be nice, you will probably have them too.)

Pros 🤩:

*Quinn has the best roaming in the game: Quinn's ult Behind Enemy Lines gives her a lot of roaming pottential, and mid gives that more use than any other lane.

*Strong Early Game Pressure: Quinn's early game is very strong with her Vault, you can dominate against any assassin and you can even get good trades against mages with her Vault. And with Ignite and Electrocute you have an insane kill threat.

*Great Scout Pottential: Quinn's W Heightened Senses is a great scouting ability, and you can easily get vision in the enemy's jungle with it.

*Flexible Pick: Quinn's main role is top, so if you have a difficult matchup and your Galio top blind picked Galio, and you don't feel like trowing the game to teach him a lesson, then you can always switch with him.

*Split-Pusing: Quinn mid is a strong split-pusher thanks to her tower damage, dueling power, and map mobility with her ult Behind Enemy Lines. Unlike most mid laners, she can pressure side lanes and still join fights instantly, making her great at forcing enemy rotations and punishing misplays.

*...: There are more but I'm not type them all (cuz I'm lazy)

Cons 😈:

*Squichy: If you don't one-shot you get one-shotted.

*Weak When Behind: If you're weak you don't do any damage. So here is my tip, don't try to 1v1 when you're weak, you can or split push or gank and steal all last hits ( The Collector helps with this).

*Not The Best Teamfighter: Most mid-laners are mages, and mages have usefull stuns for in teamfights ( Command: Shockwave is a great example). We don't have a lot of CC and defenetly not that will impact teamfights a lot. So we have weaker teamfights but we can still kill the adc's and make them rage if you get a good flank 😉

Here, I'm going to describe what you need to do against the most common types of enemies you're going to play against "MAGES"

A lot of mages have a stun, if this is too annoying buy Edge of Night second.

Most mages also have 1 dmg ability (Q) and they need it to waveclear so when they use it on the wave you can go in for a trade.

Before reading the next part, you will probably be like this:
"Ow they use Q on wave, I should trade now, You instantly Vault and they will stun you and then amumu comes out of no where and ults you and sejuani top will ult you too, And you'll die."

So what you should do is run away from the enemy minions to the mage and Q ( Blinding Assault ) him. He will panick and use his stun, but he is blind and you're fast (bcs of the Harrier you get from Q) so he will miss his stun. Then you keep trading and you will e as late as possible and during your e you will use your tiamat ability and ignite him, and he will die.

But here's is the most difficult part: he will be typing how balanced Quinn is, but recall first before calling him dumb. Because otherwise there will be a Shaco putting 10 boxes behind you and then you will die.
So RECALL FIRST

So sometimes you will meet another assassin, and they will be able to one-shot you, so you'll think what can I do against this, so you'll read this.

First, all assassin's have a gap closer, so keep you're Vault for this and most of the time you will survive.

"What do you mean most of the time?", yeah for some reason Diana has multiple dashes so you're dead anyway, that's what I mean.

But if they use their gap closer and you e them (and he isn't a Diana player 🤮), just follow them while they are running to tower, it's free dmg and who doesn't like that?

But do watch out for random Evelynn players who were standing next to you the whole time and saw everything happen and when her team8 is almost dead she will charm you so they can 1-shot you and make you rage-quit.
