Runes
Runes / Explanations:
Primary Tree: Inspiration
Keystone: Glacial Augment
Gaining a 60% Un-Tenacity-able Slow for up to 5 seconds from Stridebreaker and Randion's Omen is just to good from a meme perspective
Contraption: Magical Footwear or Perfect Timing
Tryndamere doesn't really need Hexflash, but Free Boots gives gold economy and sticking power, while Perfect Timing gives you a Stopwatch(the most broken item in the game btw), and can build into both Guardian Angel and Zhonya's Hourglass.
Tomorrow: ANY
Future's Market lets you get item spikes earlier, Minion Dematerializer helps get Relic Shield stacks if you're against an ultra-poke lane, and Biscuit Deliivery helps you survive with lane sustain.
Beyond: ANY
Cosmic Insight helps get Item Haste for Stridebreaker, Randuin's Omen, Guardian Angel, Zhonya's Hourglass, and vision trinket. Approach Velocity helps with sticking power, since it procs off your Stridebreaker, Randuin's Omen, and your W. Time Warp Tonic is decent if you take Refillable Potions first back and took Biscuit Delivery, and want some burst heal and movement speed from them.
Secondary Tree: Domination
Tracking: Zombie Ward
Zombie Wards help so much with vision control, especially when you're running Oracle Lens with 31% Item Haste from Cosmic Insight + Ingenious Hunter. Also gives Adaptive Force, which is nice.
Hunter: Ingenious Hunter or Ultimate Hunter
Ingenious Hunter gives Item Haste for Stridebreaker, Randuin's Omen, Guardian Angel, Zhonya's Hourglass, and vision trinket. Combines with Cosmic Insight for 27.9-18.6 seconds off Oracle Lens cooldown, which synergizes with Zombie Ward and probably lets you sweep faster than the entire enemy team can place wards. Ultimate Hunter is pretty self explanatory on Tryndamere, you can use your invulnerability ultimate more often to do things like taking aggro on tower dives and tank a lot of damage.
Rune Shards
Offense: ANY
Adaptive Force is always nice, Attack Speed helps lower your E cooldown for mobility, and Ability Haste helps with all of your abilities, as well as Stridebreaker cooldown.
Flex: Any
Adaptive Force is nice, so are resistances
DEFENSE: Any
Health is decent, and resistances are nice

Items
Items / Explanations
Start: Steel Shoulderguards or Relic Shield + 2 Potions or Control Ward or Cheater Recall into Refillable Potion
Steel Shoulderguards should be the default, although if you're not aiming for damage, you can go Relic Shield since Q healing scales off AP. 2 Potions is the bread-and-butter start, but if you need vision control against invade-oriented comps or want early vision control on bottom bushes, Control Wards can be good. If you have Time Warp Tonic and have an early-aggressive ADC, you can sit on 100 gold, slow push and crash your wave at wave 3, then cheater recall for Refillable and a Control Ward.
Mythic: Stridebreaker or Tank Mythics
Stridebreaker is the bread and butter for this meme build, especially when coupled with Glacial Augment for Un-tenacity-able slow lasers. Sunfire Aegis is one of the better damage options if you can stick to a target, while Frostfire Gauntlet gives a nice passive slow on auto attacks. Although it was recently nerfed, Turbo Chemtank is decent since you can proc Glacial Augment with it.
2-Core: Randuin's Omen
More AD reduction on your W AD reduction. Also procs Glacial Augment.
