Hello everyone, this is my first guide on Mobafire, and I'm definitely excited to see how people enjoy my build. I am currently sitting within the top 100 Veigar players by mastery in North American servers. Veigar is a squishy champion with a very powerful passive that allows for infinite stacking of Ability Power. He is a fairly weak champion early, and has some fairly significant mana issues early. He shines in the mid-late game by obliterating both enemy tanks and carries alike.
