Tryndamere is a very very powerfull carry if played right, His ult and critical strikes are his main base skills to carry.

Pros:
- Critical s hit hard
- Lots of survivability
- Ultimate supports turret diving
- Q heals
- Can sustain damage for a long time.
- Can spin threw walls

Cons:
- is squishy in the beginning
- If ignited after ult, can possibly die
- Gets focused with slows and ignites
- Costs HP for skills

Runes

I chose critical chance runes because in the beginning you can crit really hard, and if you have these runes at level 1. You have a big chance to crit. This will give you the advantage in a fight in lane. Focus the squishy and you will be victorious. If you need you can also have HP Quints for survivability. Crit damage runes would be ok but are not recommended unless you have a lot of crit chance to start out with.

Masteries

These are the recommended masteries but also can be changed to your liking. More survivability is also recommended if you wish.
