story

Prior to the creation of the League of Legends, the city-states of Demacia and Noxus were locked in a brutal series of on-again-off-again wars that spanned the course of centuries. Both powers sought an advantage over the other, but Noxus was the city-state willing to forego conventional morality to achieve its goals. Only brute strength and the will to use it mattered to Noxus, and this is best exemplified in the murderous warrior, Sion. Used by the Noxians as a human battering ram, Sion would be sent thundering ahead of Noxian troops. He would mercilessly slaughter foes with his large double-bladed axe, ''Chopper''. His complete disregard for caution ultimately cost him his life, as he was captured and summarily executed by Demacian forces.

The Demacians thought that the beheading of Sion would be the end of his bloodthirsty ways. Death, however, was merely the beginning of Sion's rise to power. The famed Noxian assassin, Katarina, recovered Sion's remains and Noxian necromancers reanimated the behemoth to serve Noxus once again. Sion's reanimation actually bestowed new powers on him and increased the potency of his existing abilities, making him even more of a terror to behold on the battlefield. The Noxian High Command had a powerful new weapon in their hands - one they have brought to bear as a champion in the League of Legends. Even though Sion's increased powers would make him a powerful tool for the High Command's use outside the Fields of Justice, Noxus no longer risks losing one of their greatest champions in the League to chance or circumstance; Sion's days as a front-line fighter for Noxus' military conquests are at an end.

Introduction

this is my first guide and i'm not very good with grammar so i'm going to apologize ahead of time i will do my best to make it as easy to follow as possible.

I find that most people really under estimate the usefulness and complete domination that a sion can inflict on the enemies moral and champs so i am making this guide to show how i play him and maybe we can see a few more ad sions out there.

Pros / Cons

pros:
great team fighter (mass healing 50% of your damage to all of your allies makes the team want to pull there hair out)
stun
life steal is epic
gets pretty beefy later in the game ones the minion kills rack up

cons:
tend to get a "god" like mentality which can lead to some stupid choices

Runes

i have two pages for ad sion they are the same except the seals differ depending on if i am soloing or duo. i find that the extra mp/5 is very useful if soloing vs rangers so you can spam your shield more. i have found that in duo lane i didn't need it quite as much. Probably due to the fact i can stun and harass.

Masteries

i always use 23/0/7 sion gets so much more use out of the offensive tree then out of any other tree so i take full advantage of it.

abilitys

Feel No Pain - Sion has a 40% chance to ignore up to 30/40/50 damage each time he is attacked. The damage reduction is calculated before armor benefits are taken into account.
this skill is AMAZING for early game.

Skill Sequence

i always get enrage first to start gaining hp as soon as possible plus with your armor pen being so high you can really do some damage if you want to go for first blood exhaust usually does the trick.

early/mid game

early game
i start out by grabbing vampiric scepter and heading to my lane i ALWAYS go bot unless i am going solo of course. the reason i always go bot is once you get wriggles it is much easier for you to ward dragon. i always stand in the bush and go for first blood i stand in the first bush just if they have a range champ i try to stay far enough back to not get hit with there attack so they come face checking. i hit once if they don't flash/ghost i exhaust and this almost always leads to a kill due to the fact you will be hitting anywhere from 90-106 damage depending on the champ. After that it gets pretty quiet i don't usually harass till i hit level 6 due to one hell of a survivability increase. just make sure to last hit minions.

Mid game:

by now you should have wriggles done if not boots too remember to always have dragon warded and are level 8-11 with atleast 1 or 2 kills and a very gimped opponent. if they do not have a jungler i will fake b then run around and snag dragon. if they do have a jungler be more cautious if he is visible i usually will grab it if not i just make sure he can't. continue harassing with stuns and shield+1 or 2 auto attacks by then they are very low if not dead. sion has a very strong mid game so make sure to take full advantage of it to ensure you are unstoppable late game. still don;t forget about gaining hp through minions. this is one of the key components to an unstoppable sion.

Team Work

when fighting 5v5 go in right after the tank stun there highest nuke squishy hit ult and go to town basically finish off the squishes then focus on there tank. i always go for there ranged first so they cant just stand there and nuke and either you will get them low then they flash/kite you just go hit someone else you need to always be gaining hp for you and your allies in team fights. that is what always gives your team the advantage even if they have a support they still can't heal as much as you can nor can they heal all of their champs at once.
