You should buy AD items like
Infinity Edge Bloodthirster and Phantom Dancer.Also you need the bloodrazer cause of being tank killer. and also last whisper is very good against tanks. Thanks to warmogs you health will be high. So you are just awesome. Realy! and your health reg. is 1600 per 5 sec ... that means 320 per sec... you are just op in 1v1 , 1v2, 1v3, 1v4 and 1v5... if you die you just have to use your ultimate which should kill them.. i often get pentakills with it. this item build is just AWESOME. Its so usefull, so cheap and just op for Karthus.
