Dorans blade will help us at early game, that item is perfect for wukong for start item.
Phage - wukongs cc has a long cd so we need some slow, that item will help us to get that slow.
Mercury - Tenacity is great...
Sheen - perfect with our Q, it does alot of dmg
Trinity force - more effective slow and sheens effect.
The bloodthirster = we need some life steal, that item will give us life steal and alot of dmg.
Warmogs - we need to be more tank and that item will help the Atmas`s passive
Atmas - that item is perfect, alot of smg from the passive, armor to be more tanky and crit chance.
Banshees veil - more defence item thats what we need.

More avalable items :

Force of nature/Thornmail if the enemy team got some heavy ad/ap u can buy it instead The Bloodthirster.

The Black Cleaver - u can buy The Black Cleaver also instead The Bloodthirster it just a personal preference.

U can also buy some Guardian Angel if u feel a little squishy at the end.

Marks - We need more dmg, that rune will help us doin more dmg.
Seals - That rune will help us to play aggressive at the lane.
Glyphs - We arent buying so much att speed items, so we need some att speed...
Quints - Again, more dmg.

That materies is perfect for wukong, the game starts while we got 37 armor and 37 mr and alot of hp, that wasy we can play aggressive at the lane and do really good harras.

My best summoner spells are
Flash + Ignite

Flash will help us if we will do some wrong, flash will fix it.
Ignite works well with wukongs ult, and do some nice dmg also

u can also take
Flash + Exhaust
Exhaust will help you chase ppl and in a 1v1 fight but i dont really like take that spells with wukong.
we dont need it also cuz we got phage very early.
