Using Wukong

This build makes Wukong a very hard hitter if used correctly. Early game you can easily harass with nimbus strike and crushing blow. Decoy is helpful to escape or to attack from brush but not useful for damage so upgrading it should be put off until last. When using cyclone make sure you use crushing blow before hand so that you reduce their armor and you, in turn, do more damage. With little health left Wukong can pretty easily take on a single enemy even if they have high health. If you are being chased you can run into brush and wait for them to get close, decoy and run out then use heal. After, nimbus strike them and crushing blow. Avoid using cyclone unless entirely necessary because you lose the life steal benefits of his attacks. I choose ghost instead of flash because when you decoy and use ghost and you get alot further away from you chasers, or closer if that is what you are doing, without them seeing. Decoy is extremely helpful against enemy ultimates. Against ranged ultimates such as Ashe or Caitlyn that shop as soon as they hit a target simply decoy while it is approaching you. It takes a bit of timing because too early and the decoy will run out but too late and it might hit you.

Items

Starting out with the vampiric scepter is helpful early game because you wont need to head back for health a lot. It allows you to harass the enemy so that they fall back and then you can hit some minions to get your health back. It is important that you get some early kills or assists so that way you can get the wriggles lantern. The lantern makes you hit harder and it gives you some more defense so that you are not as squishy. I get the Mercury's treads for boots because of the magic resist and shortening of debuffs on Wukong. If I happen to be laning against two AD characters i sometimes switch to the Ninja Tabi for the extra defense against them but normally stick with the mercurys. The last whisper helps because it increases damage but mainly it increases your armor penetration. By this time you should be hitting really hard on everybody but tanks. After a few more kills getting the infinity edge should be pretty easy and will allow you to demolish anyone, as long as they dont run away. The frozen mallet is helpful because it prevent enemies from running away and it increases your health. Lastly I choose the Atma's Impaler because of the critical strike chance and the armor. It also increases the base attack damage depending on your max health so it works well with the frozen mallet.

Runes and Masteries

I choose the basic masteries for physical attack characters. I also go into the defense catagory for extra defense and to increase the effectiveness of heal. For runes i tend to stay a bit basic. For marks I choose armor penetration to increase damage against tank like characters. In seals and glyphs i get damage increase runes to, well, increase damage. I choose vampiric quintessences because it gives 6% more life steal. Along with the masteries which provide 3% bonus life steal and the vampiric scepter which gives 12% life steal, Wukong will start off with 21% life steal. This life steal is extremely helpful in early game because of the reasons I stated earlier. You wont need to go back to the spawn as often for health and you will be able to last longer in fights with enemy champions even when they have higher health then you. Hopefully you found this guide to using Wukong, The Monkey King, useful.
