Wukong is one of my favorite champions, as such I thought it only fitting that I make a build for all to see at the point where not a whole lot of others are available. This is my first build so please excuse all the informalities that plague it.

I go with full desolation marks and quints, while putting all seals and glyphs towards attack speed, this way it is easy to harass early game against bulkier foes with higher armor. And the attack speed is for the sole purpose of outpacing other champions in overall DPS

Even thought the sequence is not included above, I will flesh out what I tend to do in an average, non-competitive game. I take the first point in Nimbus Strike, then take the second in crushing blow. Returning to Nimbus strike and dropping a single point into decoy at level 4. From here, I get one more point in crushing blow and then max out Nimbus strike while constantly dropping points into cyclone at every opportunity.

When in a fight against an enemy champion, I find it best to initiate with nimbus strike, followed by crushing blow, auto-attack until crushing blow is back up, then hit crushing blow, followed up by nimbus strike, sorry if that is a bit confusing. Here it is simplified::
E - Q - Auto-Attack - Q - E. After that, you can finish most enemies off with Cyclone, or use it somewhere in-between to maximize damage output
