You want to try and be able to get atleast one of the two scuttles on spawn. The best way to do this is by starting whatever side is able to give you a duo leash but the further the route is always the same no matter what buff you start. After your first buff you want to go wolves into second buff into scuttle after that you want to go finish your camps by doing raptors into krugs into gromp and then you back depending on how the game is going you will be presented with two options: First you can choose to just keep farming if there are no gankable lanes to try and get as far ahead as possible. The second option is to try and look for some plays with your laners try and keep a good eye on the positioning of the waves since you still will need your 3 feathers to root.
