Hello everyone and welcome to guide.This is my second build so i'll be working abit harder on this.But anyway i'm going to talk about some updates that happen to xin.
General 2011
�Base Attack Damage increased to 59.1 from 52.3

�Attack Damage per level decreased to 3.1 from 3.3

�Fixed a bug where Three Talon Strike could be activated while it was still active

�Battle Cry Passive Attack Speed is no longer removed while the ability is on cooldown

�Attack Speed increased to 20/25/30/35/40% from 15/20/25/30/35%

�Crescent Sweep Armor and Magic Resist reduced to 25

�Now scales and gives 7/10/13 Armor and Magic Resist for each champion hit

Greater Mark of DesolationGreater Quintessence of Desolation Armor pen runes work wonders on xin. These runes help take down tanks and can kill carries fast.

dodge seals works well your your masteries as you have a point in nimbleness.

Cooldown one of the things that will get you the kills you always wanted if played smart.

The Masteries that i go wiht is 21/9/0. can't really say anything else about this lol basic dps masteries.

this is my starting item because the life steal plus your passivee will give you good bouns early game.

turn your Vampiric Scepter into a Wriggle's Lantern. gives you more lifesteal armor and and some damage, good for ealry game to late game. you may ask why late game, why cuz of it's UNIQUE Active. which places a ward for 1 min which really helps your team.

your boots basicly attack speed with some speed.

Black is your first big buy. 30 attack speed, 55 attack damage. Passive: attacks reduce your taget's armor by 15 for 5 seconds,(maximum 3 stacks).... all i have to say it good bye tanks.

55 attack speed, 30% crit chance, 15 movement speed. Great item for any dps champions 30% crit is just get with 55 attack speed.

Edge = win what else can i say every dps should have this.

Some item's you may want to take for the 6th slot could be or

I max Three Talon Strike first befor i max out Battle Cry and then Audacious Charge
then my ult whenever it is ready.

i pick ghost as my summoner spell because this can get you first blood with Three Talon Strike.

exhaust is the best summoner spell for any dps. slows your taget and again lets youg et a easy first blood.
