This is my Xin build I hope u like it and if this had helped u plz let me know in a comment and rate...

Pros
- If fed, he cant die
- Good early dmg
- In late game, very good carry
- Slow
- Life steal passive

Cons
- Cant escape very well
- Not strong against CC

On xin i use:

I use Exhaust becuase exhaust is very good if ur chasing an enemy and meanwhile waiting on ur batllecry to end so u have your abillites up agian.



I use Ignite becuase... Ehmm becuase... to be honest i dont really know why? xD I just like it on xin and overall for that matter.



I recomend using exhaust but ignite is up to u. If u want u can use flash, ghost or smite if ur jungeling...

On xin i have the items:
1. The first thing i buy a "Dagger" and a "HP-pot" becuase i want that speed in lvl 1
2. Second i buy "Berserkers Greaves" for movement and attack speed
3. Then when i can afford a "seal" i buy that. I buy the hole "Phantom Dancer" later on cuase it costs to mutch to buy rigth away
4. Then i buy a "BF Sword" for "The Black Cleaver"
5. Now i buy the rest of the "Phantom Dancer"
6. "Vampiric Scepter" is next on my list and later on "Bloodthirster" buy the BF sword first if u cant afford it yet.
7. Now i need some more dmg so i thougth why not the "Infinity Edge" so I bougth that.
8. At this last item i didn't really know what i would get but i tried the "Trinity Force" and it worked out just fine!

As u see i mainly go for Attack Speed and Attack DMG. But i get some Movement, Crit etc. also in my items. It works out very well i think and in the end he can do some serious dmg in just a few seconds.

For Runes, i take:

Attack Speed Marks
Crit-DMG Seals
Cooldown red. Glyphs
Armor pen. Quintessence

I think this is the best, but if u want u can take "health" and "mana reg." runes if u like...

I start with "Audacious Charge" not the "Three Talon Strike" becuase i think its more effectiv in lvl 1.

Then i max "Audacious Charge" later "Battle Cry" and at last "Three Talon Strike"

I max "Three Talon Strike" last becuase it isn't alot of differnces if its maxed or not.

Masteries...
I focus offense cuase it seems the most effecitv on xin. I took the Exhuast, some armor pen, crit and attack dmg.

And the rest in utillity and there i got some mana gen. etc.
