If you get a pull at the blue boff you can go straight through the full jungle route with xin and i really recommend to use Greater Qunit of Fortitude. They will make it MUCH more comfortable to jungle. And better use Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist. You should not experience to get much Magic Damage in earlygame. Well, for the masteries there are a lot of options. Usually u should get at least 8 on utility and 1 on offense but having skilled the Defense will also bring you a lot of advantages ( Veteran's Scars ). Your item build is really different besides the normal but that´sokay, i can imagine it works fine. But dont say that you´re tired in the end of the build :P and usually its Last Whisper>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Black Cleaver ;) its cheaper and its passive is cooler ;D

the only thing to criticize is that you have no AS bonus, but if you spam battle cry with blue it will be alright ;)
