Introduction
Most people build Xin Zhao as the AD Carry he can be. However, in this build I will try to give you a version of Xin Zhao as an offtank, while still doing proper damage. This build is aimed on maxing survivability and damage.

Amazing DMG
Very good Offtank
Can initiate like a boss
Awsome crowd control
Very low cooldowns
Knock Up
Cons
Vulnerable to CC
Lacks escape mechanism
Quite slow early game
Runes
Bonus attack speed is viable.
Greater Mark of ClarityIf have trouble with mana, this might be the rune for you.
Greater Glyph of ShieldingHelps with building the offtank you are trying to become.
Greater Quintessence of FortitudeWill make your early game easier.
