Hello, and welcome to my build..
I'm gonna explain all details of my build.
So you will be able to see why, i use this build.
And why you should too..

Greater Quintessence of Alacrity - 3.4 attack speed x2: If you start with some good attack speed in lvl 1. You will be able to kill almost any one, and get some good items.

Greater Quintessence of Desolation - 3.33 armor penetration x1: You will be able to hit harder through the enemies armor, and will also hit more on tanks. A great Rune for Xin Zhao, if you will be able to kill a tank.

Greater Mark of Alacrity - 1.7 attack speed x9: This will plus with your Quintessence. Read Greater Quintessence of Alacrity, if you will know why i choose this.

Greater Seal of Fortitude - 5.35 health x9: This will give you plus 48.15 more health at start. This will make you get a good start. And a good start, will make your way to a good end.

Greater Glyph of Focus - 0.65% cooldown reduction x9: This will make your abilities way faster cooldown, also your Three talon strike, and this will make you much better, and make your way to a killer machine! q:

There is not that much to explain about the Masteries. They will just make you hit/crit harder, and make you harder to kill, before they have killed you.

Beserker Greavers: Boots for speed, plus they give you some attack speed.

Phantom Dancer x2: They're really good for Xin Zhao, because.. They give Crit, attack speed and some movement speed. Crit is good for you to hit much more. Attack speed will make you hit totally fast, and kill them insanly fast! Movement speed is really good to cath up for someone whos running or to run from someone.

Madreds Bloodrazor: This is a great item for Xin Zhao, because they give you armor, while they still give you some attack speed and some damage. The armor is good versus ex. Tryndamere, because he use psycial attack. The attack speed will stack with your 2 phantom dancers, and you will hit extremly fast. The attack damage, will make you hit harder, and is also a plus for you in the item. The passive is brilliant. It deals 4% equal to 4% of the targets maxium Health. ( Good versus tanks ).

Black Cleaver: This will give you 55 attack damage + 30 attack speed. This is great item, because Xin Zhao will have to stack attack damage and attack speed, to make his Three Talon Strike, hit harder, and to make him hit much much faster. The passive is also great versus tanks, Because if you hit enough times on him, you will reduce his armor for 45 at the end. The attack speed will stack with your Madreds Bloodrazor, and your 2 Phantom Dancer.

Infinity Edge: This is an insane weapon! It gives you really really much attack damage, and make you hit much harder than your enemies. This will also give you 25 crit chance. The passive will make your crits hit 50% harder than the normal.

Now your build is done. I know this build is really expensive, but at the end, you will kill them before they have even touched you. You get alot of items that will stack, and make your melee attacks insane.

It is a really good thing to have your Three Talon Strike lvl 5 first, because it will hit harder, and harder the higher lvl it gets. The Three Talon Strike is a great ability because it will hit hard 3 times, and on third hit it will hit the opponent airbone, and make it a really good chance to kill the enemy.

It is really good always to have your battle cry in lowest lvl 1 or 2, because the passive, will make your attack speed much much faster.

Charge is a great way to start a teamfight, or just a 1v1. you will jump to your target, and make some good first hit damage.

Crescent Sweep is your ultimate, it will hit 20% of the all nearby enemies, plus some other damage. This is your best damage ability. Read my next Chapter, to learn how to use these abilities to make a great combo.

If you wanna make a really insane combo. Listen carefully.

1. You can start to jump in with a Charge, and then use your ultimate, because it will hit 20% of the "Current Health" Then you fast press Battle Cry and then use your Three Talon Strike. The runes will make your abilties to get low cooldown, and you will fast be able to charge him again and fast use your Three Talon Strike again.

2. If you wanna do some more damage, you can run to you target, and use your ultimate first, and use Battle Cry, and then Three Talon Strike. If he tries to run, use your charge to fast get up to him again, and then you can use your Three Talon Strike again, to make him airbone, and not run.

I know you think that heal is a bad summoner spell for Xin Zhao, because he also got hes passive. But Heal, can save your ***, a lot of times, and also make you take another shot from a tower, in a tower dive. Heal was the first ability i tried, and i really liked it, and now, i can't play a Champion without it.

Exchaust.. It's a great way to get a fleeing opponent. It can also save your life, then you are running. It will be great to pop it on a hard hitter, because it makes the target, to do less damage.
