Hi, I shall introduce a little about myself before I start of with the guide. I'm Nat, if you read my account name, you should know. I'm a Singaporean and i play the Asia LOL. If you are playing that, feel free to add me "Fishingnet". Now to start of with the guide, Xin Zhao is a fast burst damage dealer which can deal high damage withing a short span of time. His first skill, Three Talon Strike helps him to deal even more damage with the passive from his 2nd skill he deals damage and knocks them up even faster.

Pros

-Xin Zhao can deal fast burst damage
-Kill fast
-Easy to play
-Good Carry
-Easy harrassment

Cons

-A bit of a mana eater
-Not that good without black cleaver
-A bit paper and could die easily by early ganks(late ganks might also kill him)

For the runes up there, it's focused on full late game domination as much as possible. I have another build which helps for early game domination. It consist of flat damage runes - Greater mark of strength and Greater Quintessence of Strength.. Attack speed runes - Greater seal of Alacrity and Greater Glyph of Alacrity. This gives you LOTS of damage and attack speed for easy early game kills.

There is another set of masteries which have the same offensive and no more utility. Its more of a defensive one now. If you feel that the mana consumption is easy for you to take, you should follow this. Defense 3 on hardiness(Armour) and 2 on resistance(magic resist) 3 on vigor and 1 on Evasion
