i have never been a fan of xin's with no survivabilty, reason being that in team fights, if focused or cc'd, you are definately dead. I much prefer tanky dps xin's because i find that they work much better. I am not going to downvote though, because there are so many xin builds like this.

Looks like a decent build, but I'd consider getting Boots before B.F. Sword at the start, just to get some extra movement speed.

Also, for the glyphs maybe MR glyphs would do better... AD glyphs are really low.
