I can understand if you are used to playing Xin in a tanky build and not really used to playing him as a pure squishy dps. However, your comment on his ult didn't really make sense as it deals damage plus 20% of your target's health as extra damage... not 20% of your health so having more health on Xin will not make any difference. As for squishiness, if you have decent positioning skills with melee champions in team fights being squishy should not be a burden for you as there are many squishy melee dps. The reason for waiting until level 4 to get charge is because I usually play Xin in ranked games and I always take solo lane. Getting to level 4 in solo lane is pretty fast and you are not really gonna be ganking anyone in a ranked game one on one at level 3 and lower. You made some good points and I hope you try out the build using my suggestions on how to play this build as it is a bit different than playing a more tanky Xin.
