I loved it, I just loved it. The counters section really helped me a lot. But you should put Garen too, as he is a hard lane for Yorick too. (He has sustain, easy kills on your ghouls and he doesn't care about your slow. Plus, a strong silence, 20% damage reduction and no mana to worry about.)

Just one question, what do I do if the enemy starts Cloth + 5 pots, builds armor and still do an efficient amount of damage? (Like Olaf, Darius, Irelia) Should I focus on farming and forget about them even if they're zoning me while I can't do anything about it?

You know how crazy is top's sustain nowadays...

Sorry about that, I will fix that right now. I've just been busy getting my Solomid guide approved the past few days and will fix that right now.

there is a random [/columns] at the end of the "late items" section, also, have you ever considered building either Frozen Heart or Iceborn Gauntlet? they synergize amazingly with Manamune because you get bonus ad from all the mana and still get the full stats of the item, and i find that if your facing a heavy ad top building a Glacial Shroud early-mid game works amazingly once you get your Manamune

Thanks for notifying me of that. Also, I have actually put frozen heart as one of the late game items. It's probably the item I have built the most out of all the late game items that it's almost a core item. As for iceborn gauntlet, I'm currently doing extensive testing on it to see if it's a good replacement for trinity force/frozen mallet and it's too early to call. That item was spammed to much in the s3 qualifiers that it's probably going to be nerfed or even remade soon anyways, so I'm not rushing to use it yet.

Trinity is a bad item on yorick, hit kit only scales with AD, and health the other stats are largely wasted. His ghouls only scale with Ad, and Health, they are his primary damage, as well as survivability. The sheen proc is nice, but you will get more damage from any solid ad item, which will be much cheaper as well.

There Are many people who would disagree. Mainly, high Elo and MLG players. If you have ever seen someone play yorick, chances are they built trinity force. The reason why they build it is because does not scale only with health and attack damage. Yorick's w scales 1.0 in AP. In fact, if yorick never Autoattacks, he would scale better AP rather than AD, since his w only scales on bonus AD 1.0. If he does deal auto attacks, the attack speed would benefit him. Also most importantly, the slow from trinity force is probably the best spec from trinity. It gives him the extra crowd control that he is lacking. Therefore, all stats are very useful on yorick.

Best chapter in this guide is "top lane match-ups". Espacially the commentary about Renekton and Cho i rly liked to read, because it was impossible for me to counter them before i found this guide.
Recently i faced Zed, one of the recent published champs, and i master him after having some problems early. The most important point was to stay in motion and try to dodge his attacks from him and his shadow.

btw: It's Ki Burst (http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/ability/ki-burst-421), not Ki Strike @Riven

greetings,
HerrKarl

Well, first, if i were ever in that position, I would probably lane swap either mid (if he has crowd control) or bot lane... but I have never faced an AP Master Yi top in 200 ranked games and in probably over 300 normals, so it would be an extremely rare case.
