I would highly recommend Spirit Visage as an item on Zac. It gives some great health and MR, as well as 20% cd and 20% spell vamp and self-healing. Zac can 100% utilize this item, as each stat is beneficial to him as a health resource character.

I feel better runes would be flat armor seals and flat health regen quints. Also I know health regen is important on him but the health regen mastery points are not good as they give you an amount based on missing health and with health regen runes and collecting blobs you should keep your HP pretty high as each ability use that hits an enemy releases a blob that heals you for more than the ability costed (unless u are max HP in which case it heals you for the same amount as it costed)
