I love the build but what wouldn't you prefer the devourer upgrade?

I prefer Zac as a tank. His kit is designed for it and he does a lot of damage with just a little bit of AP. I also prefer Stalkers Blade over Trailblazer. While I can see the appeal of Trailblazer, after the nerf I definitely like Stalkers better. Trailblazer now just gives extra sustain the jungle while stalkers helps with ganks. Since zac has low range and mobility after his E, the chilling smite slow helps bring people back to you for you to then land the Q slow and kill them. Lucidity boots are also my preference over Mobi. I really never saw the appeal of Mobi boots. They give you movement speed out of combat. That's good for ganking, map presences, running away, and chasing. However, your E fulfills all of those things with the exception of map presence. With only Spirit visage and lucidity boots you can get your E to a cd of 7.2 after it's maxed. Zac has his E for ganks and doesn't need the move speed to fly into lane. Chasing and escaping are easy with the extremely short cd. That's just my opinion, however. I'd be interesting it hearing why you like the items you have chosen over the ones I like.

Yes I could see why Stalkers blade will be used more than trailblazer I will be testing this out because Trailblazer's massive nerf. I really like mobis on any Jungler simply because of the fact you can get around lane to lane much faster and this is what you need to be doing as a Jungler I don't really want to be using my E. This guide i wanted to keep different for Zac this is why it is more focused on his AP damage, with the high AP you will literally be bursting down enemies with ease like in the video i created above. The high CD of E can be a problem but it really depends on you timing it correctly and using it with your ult which will give off alot of damage.

Thanks a lot for the feedback, Rep has been given.

I feel like your build is a abit too much oriented on building damage. Zac scales pretty good with just a tiny amount of penetration and therfore and item like Liandry's Torment ( Void Staff, Sorcerer's Shoes) is pretty nice as the only damage option because he excels by buying tankier items.
I'd consider maxing Elastic Slingshot first due to the massive reduction of cooldown with higher levels.
Penetration Marks are the optimal choice because AP in Marks isn't effective. AP can just be placed in Glyphs or Quints in most cases because these ones are the strongest of the kind.

I realised my glyphs were a bit wrong thank you, but maxing elastic shot first makes clearing jungle even more of a pain than it already is and you will be forced to recall alot.
